A Bachelor's Degree or an Associates Degree in Social Sciences and life or work experience with Intellectual Developmental Disability.
Or
High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of life or employment experience with persons with Intellectual Developmental Disability.
Nursing, nurse’s aide or other experience in the field of health care.
Teaching and/or other experience in the field of education.
Mental health or autism experience
Assists and/or instructs Lakeshore residents in activities of daily living, self/personal hygiene skills and safety skills. Assist residents in learning about the community and appropriate use of community facilities. Assist residents in scheduling, attending and participating in recreational activities. Maintain accurate records and implement ISP outcomes as designed.
