Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or equivalent education. No past experience required.
Required to work at all houses they are assigned to, work a minimum of 16 hours or 3 shifts weekly, if offered, work three out of five major holidays or work two holiday third shifts if asked.
Mental Health or Autism experience, Nurse’s aide or other direct care experience and/or experience in the field of education.
Assist and/or instruct individuals in activities of daily living, self-care/personal hygiene skills and safety skills. Assist individuals in learning about the community and appropriate use of community facilities. Assist individuals in scheduling, attending and participating in recreational activities. Maintain accurate records and implements ISP goals as designed.
